Refunds and returns
All products sold by Owl Spark Ideas are digital downloads. Because a download can't be returned once it has been accessed, digital purchases are generally non-refundable.
Before you spend anything, please try one of our free mini packs when they're available. They're a nosey sniff and taste of a tale, so you can see exactly what our resources look and feel like before you reach for your card.
When we will refund you
We'd much rather fix a problem than leave you stuck. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase if:
- your download link doesn't work, or the file won't open
- you received the wrong product
- the file is incomplete, corrupted, or materially different from what was described
- you were charged more than once for the same order
Email owlsay@owlsparkideas.com with your order number and a short description of what went wrong, and where it helps, a screenshot. We'll reply within 2 business days. Our first step is usually to resend or repair your file. If we can't get the product working for you, we'll refund the purchase in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout. Once we process it, please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order cancellations
Because delivery is immediate, orders can't be cancelled once the download email has been sent. If you ordered by mistake and haven't opened the file, contact us straight away and we'll do what we reasonably can.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under South African consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
